About the event

More than a beloved ingredient, cacao has long been honored as a plant teacher, offering opportunities for reflection, connection, and well-being.

During this experience, Chynna Dee Andrada will guide participants through the preparation of a ceremonial cup of cacao while sharing insights into its cultural traditions and holistic benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. The workshop will also explore how we can approach plant allies with greater awareness, respect, and reciprocity.

The gathering will conclude with a gentle guided meditation and sound healing experience designed to encourage presence, grounding, and heart-centered connection. Together, we will slow down, savor the moment, and discover the wisdom and nourishment that cacao has to offer.
