About the event

Step into a world of color drawn straight from nature. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll use flowers, leaves, and plant-based dyes to create your own one-of-a-kind silk pillowcase. Guided through simple natural dye techniques, you’ll learn how petals imprint, pigments shift, and patterns emerge organically on silk. No experience needed—just curiosity and a love of beautiful things. Leave with a piece that’s entirely your own, carrying the imprint of the season.

After a career as an international fashion model, she transitioned into textile arts in New York, developing a cross-disciplinary practice that blends regional plant dyes, food‑waste pigments, and fiber art. Based in the Hudson Valley and Berkshires, her studio embraces 100 % eco‑friendly methods, from growing dye plants to repurposing local restaurant scraps.
