Our heartfelt thanks to all the incredible vendors, volunteers, and community partners who brought their energy, creativity, and passion to this year’s Herb Fair & Market on Saturday, September 20 at Caramoor. And to everyone who came out to visit, explore, shop, and learn—thank you for making the day so special!

Your support and enthusiasm are what make this event such a joyful celebration of herbs, gardens, and community. We are so grateful to each of you for being part of it.

Marketplace

Guests experienced a diverse marketplace featuring fresh herbs, artisanal products, and herbal delights. Plus, unique wares for the home, garden, and table, along with herb-infused gourmet foods.

Baked Goods

Attendees had the opportunity to savor the taste of delicious baked goods, prepared by Herb Society members. Each made with local herbs, bringing fresh and vibrant flavors to every bite.

Herb Table

The bountiful Herb Table featured an expertly curated selection of dried and fresh cut herbs including fragrant handmade items such as sachets, lavender wands and wreaths.

Lovage Soup

The Herb Fair’s signature Lovage Soup never disappoints! Made with potatoes, leeks and broth flavored with lovage, it was served with focaccia with local herbs.

Educational Workshops

We hosted presentations and hands-on workshops led by experts with topics including herbs' versatility and their potential for enhancing health and creativity.

Back by popular demand, the delicious boxed lunch featuring local herbs from LMNOP Bakery.

Hammond Museum​

The Hammond Museum and Japanese Stroll Garden, in North Salem, New York, was founded in 1957 by Natalie Hays Hammond (1904-1985) as a place where Eastern and Western cultures could be appreciated and visitors could enjoy the beauty of nature.

 

The Hammond consists of an art museum that presents a changing roster of exhibitions, as well as offering educational programs and classes.

Bedford 2030​

 

Bedford 2030 addresses the urgent issue of climate change through the reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and preservation of natural resources.
